Jan is a business development and strategic operations specialist with a proven track record of driving company growth within the consumer leisure arena. She has an extensive background in marketing, including working as a director for London’s leading PR and Communications agency.

Jan was also the co-founder of a $7 million turnover business and has experienced first-hand the gritty, fast moving world of building a start-up company. 

In her role at AMP, she oversees day to day operational activities and is responsible for developing business strategy across all company functions including finance, HR, sales and marketing.
