Tell us about the cars you love to drive

I have a ‘67 Shelby GT-500, ‘65 AC Cobra, ‘72 Datsun Turbo 240Z race car, ‘06 F-250 8’ tall “TONKA” Truck, Range Rover Sport, Harley Davidson Springer soft tail classic, Harley Davidson Black Death Chopper.

Have you ever been trained to drive?

Started racing “Big Wheels” then to slot cars then “RC” cars then go carts, then racing go carts then SCCA. I’ve done the Bondurant school a few times. I got out of racing and started with collector cars and motorcycles for quite a while. Now I’ve been stricken with the fever to race competitively again. Here we go.

What do you do for a living?

I own TourGreens. We are a design build firm in the “GolfScape” industry and have a fairly strong dealer network around the globe. (

Where do you live?

I live in Marietta, GA.

How do you use your membership? Business? Pleasure?

I will use the membership for both business / pleasure and a lot of practice time.

What do you like most about AMP

like the exclusivity, the layout of the track and not to be understated, the people involved in its development.

What was it about AMP that made you want to join?

It’s not right up the street from me but neither is Road Atlanta. I think that more than likely the other members will be of like mind, birds of a feather so to say. Being in the golf business, I take a lot of high end / loyal customers to play golf. I think it adds even more value to be able to take them around a race track at 160 mph.

Anything you would like to say to other potential members?

I’ve gotten pulled over for racing, speeding, laying drag, what they deem “reckless driving” i.e. 153 mph in a 55 mph zone. The Officers / Judges were never actually impressed with driving skill, matter of fact it never even seems to come up. So, If you own fast cars and want to drive them fast, this is a “No Brainer”. If you race cars and want to have the perfect venue to practice / tune / set up your cars, this is a “No Brainer”.
