One of a Kind in America
Driver Development Center
AMP's Driver Development Center is unlike any other facility in the United States. A renovated 7½-degree ice hill and dual-circle skidpad — powered by an Evertz Hydrotechnik sprinkler system engineered in Germany — give drivers a purpose-built environment for mastering vehicle dynamics in wet and low-friction conditions.
Whether you're a teen working toward a license, a track enthusiast sharpening your skills, or a professional building car control instincts, the DDC is the testing ground.
A 7½-degree low-friction slope with computer-controlled water jets. Test vehicle response, practice threshold braking, and develop instincts you can't build on a dry circuit.
Dual-circle skidpad with smooth concrete and the Evertz Hydrotechnik sprinkler system. Full figure-8 capability for practicing oversteer, understeer, and hydroplane recovery.
Ample paddock space for driver schools, corporate programs, fleet training, and performance education — with the infrastructure to run large-format events.
Facilities
Paddocks & Infrastructure
Over 288,000 square feet of dedicated paddock space across four distinct areas — built for everything from race weekends to corporate events and car shows.
57,000 sq ft of asphalt adjacent to the main circuit — ideal for events, car shows, rallies, and driver training programs with direct track access.
83,000 sq ft for large-scale gatherings, manufacturer events, car meets, and group race weekends requiring significant vehicle staging area.
115,000 sq ft surrounding the Driver Development Center — the largest paddock on property, designed for driving schools and performance training programs.

More Than a Track
Beyond the Circuits
AMP is a full motorsports country club — dining, recovery, and event space built right into the property, so a day on the circuit doesn't have to end when the engine cools.
AMP's on-site restaurant, open to the public Wednesday through Sunday. Fresh, chef-crafted meals — locally inspired dishes, healthy options, and trackside favorites for lunch, post-race dining, dinner, or a weekend outing.
On-site IV therapy and recovery services for members, guests, and racers. Recharge after a long day at the track, a weekend event, or just unwind with friends on property.
From corporate team-building to private group experiences, AMP is North Georgia's premier venue for motorsports-driven events — with circuits, paddocks, dining, and recovery all on one property.
