Atlanta Motorsports Park proudly hosts kart racing events throughout the year.
Atlanta Motorsports Park hosts at least one race per month on its kart track, ranging between multiple different series. AMP’s main division is the Kart Championship Series, however, AMP also holds Rental Kart Leagues, Rental Kart Enduros, a Winter Kart Series from November to February, along with specialty series like Trophy Cup and Super Cup.
Kart Championship Series
The AMP Kart Championship Series in 2018 consists of 8 races spread over 8 months, with an on-going point tally that counts toward a series championship. The series holds races on Saturdays with on-track action starting at 8:30 A.M. and running until 5:30 P.M. For more information, click here.
Rental Kart Leagues
For drivers looking to take karting to the next level without the big budget investment of buying a racing kart, our rental kart leagues are perfect for you! Each league is a 6-week, 6-night season with as twelve races ran in a single championship. For more information, click here.
Winter Kart Series
The Winter Kart Series runs from November to February in a four-race season with the three best races counting towards an overall championship. It follows the same class structure as the current year’s Kart Championship Series, unless a tech bulletin is posted in advance. For more information, click here.
Rental Kart Enduros
Atlanta Motorsports Park is once again hosting a series of endurance races utilizing its professionally-maintained fleet of Sodi Rental Karts. Ranging in lengths from four to ten hours, these events put drivers to the ultimate test. Team sizes vary per event, ranging from 2 – 5 drivers. For more information, click here.
Atlanta Motorsports Park is very proud to announce the return of Trophy Cup, which is a three-race series that will run on Sunday mornings throughout 2018. What makes this series unique is that not only is it limited to just the LO206 Senior and LO206 Master classes, but it runs on AMP’s B-Track Layout. For more information, click here.
Due to the outpouring success for in the inaugural season of the AMP Trophy Cup, the AMP Super Cup has been formed. A specialty championship solely utilizing the TaG Senior and TaG Master classes, the AMP Super Cup also offers drivers a new racing experience through varying track layouts.
