BMW has partnered with Atlanta Motorsports Park and the Street Smarts Teen Driving Academy to offer an exciting driving experience for parents on Saturday, Sep. 2, 2017. Parents who register their teens for the Street Smarts program that Saturday are eligible for complimentary day on track where they will get behind the wheel of a wide range of BMW vehicles all while receiving professional direction from a certified instructor.
AMP’s road course features 16 turns and 98 ft of elevation change throughout the course, making it one of the most visited and well-respected tracks in Georgia. Track experience is open to drivers of all ability levels and will include mini autocross, lead follow and hot laps, lunch and time on the skid pad.
While parents are enjoying their time on track, teens will be taking part in a day of advanced drivers education that will equip them with live saving skills. Guided by professional driving instructors, they will learn to be proactive drivers with wet weather, evasive and defensive driving techniques.
